Policies

Governance, safeguarding, privacy, and accessibility.

The standards that apply across our engagements and this website.

Governance

EquiArch operates under women-led direction with defined responsibilities for quality assurance, conflict-of-interest management, and contract compliance. Engagement decisions, expert selection, and deliverable sign-off follow documented internal review.

Safeguarding

We apply safeguarding standards to every engagement: risk assessment before fieldwork, informed consent, a named reporting route for concerns, and a documented response process. Safeguarding expectations extend to associates and partners working on our assignments.

Ethical research and data protection

Participation in research is voluntary and informed. Personal data is collected only where necessary, stored securely, and retained no longer than the assignment requires. Sensitive data is anonymised before analysis and publication.

Privacy and cookies

Details you submit through the enquiry form are used solely to respond to that enquiry and are not sold or shared for marketing. This site uses only essential and analytics cookies, and analytics is used to understand which capabilities and routes visitors need — not to profile individuals.

Accessibility

This site targets WCAG 2.2 AA: sufficient colour contrast, full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive alternative text, and support for reduced-motion preferences. There is no autoplay video, carousel, or above-the-fold third-party embed. If you meet a barrier, email equiarch@equi-arch.com and we will fix it.
